Brady smiled as he practically ran into the kitchen where Brionni was working. He knew that he was a few minutes late, but she also knew that he had received a phone call before leaving their room.

"I have some good news, Darling."

He looked at her and grinned.

"That phone call was from the people who do those cake competitions. They approved our entry into the Halloween contest."

She said remembering how he had thought he would be the only head chef here, but found that he would be sharring duties with her.  It had been rough at first, but it was all worth it now.

Briony nodded and smiled as they finished everything up, they got a small tray together for themselves to have some dinner, as they then went to there room across the hall so they could have a private meal together, like they usually did.
