She didn't cry out when the man punched her, she had been beaten and torutured nearly for two days now... but she still didn 't talk, hell she didnt' have anything to say.

She got slapped across the face again as blood was coming out of her lip now as she then saw another man come back in , this time holding a needle as she looked scared now as she tried to move.

She looked at the man with the needle pleading with him a bit now.

{Sydney} I have been here every month, to do as my bosss told me, to help you, to get money and i've never done you wrong, I'm not now.. Whatever fight yout wo are having, I know nothing about it, he didn't tell me.

She said honestly as he just shook his head walking closer to her as she was freaking out a bit trying to move away, but couldn't.

She looked at him when he said that. 

Sydney: I've never lied to you.

She said honestly but he didn't bellive her as he then stabbed her with the needle she cried out this time, after about ten minutes she was unable to move or do anything as fever hit her hard, but he knew she couldn't lie to him, as he asked her again where her boss was.

Sydney: i don't know.. 

She said weakly.. 

Sydney: He contacts me thru a phone, and its always different, so can't track him, I transfer the money to one account and its taken out and then crossed to a bunch of others so it won't be traced.

She said again, this time, dustin knew she was telling the truth because she couldn't lie to him.. She sat there, crying feeling sick and weak, as the drug was making her very ill.

She just was sitting there curled up , she didn't know why he was saying that, she had always been good to him, worked well together for awhile, she didn't know why he was doing this to her now as she just fought to not pass out right now.

She knew he was right in her face, but she couldn't open her eyes to look at him.  They were too swollen from the abuse and the drugs he had injected her with.  She did hear what he was asking though.

{Sydney} I've never done you any harm... I've always done the jobs you asked... Better than anyone else you have ever hired to do work, and you know it.

She was really weak now barely able to breath now.  She was trying to continue to talk though as she was thinking about it.

{Sydney} and you once said we were friends, and that we would look out for each other.  You said that you would always have my back as long as I had yours... You lied to me.

She said with tears as she just passed out.

He looked at her a moment as he was thinking about it... Cussing a bit under his breath as he did lean down picking her up.  He looked at his men telling them to move as he carried her to his room.  He laid her down, calling in someone to look at her, and help her.  
It took a few hours but he was told she would be alright, and that she would probably be out of it for awhile.  He nodded as he sat there looking at her watching her for a bit... He let out another sigh before he got up and headed out to handle some things, knowing she wasn't a risk of leaving any time soon.

It was a few hours before she woke up as she was in a lot of pain, but moved anyways getting up, she looked around the room seeing she was alone, she got out of the bed and went for the door, but it opened before she got to it as she jumped back a bit,

He smiled looking at her.  Everything that she had told him had checked out.  She had been honest about who she was, and he was pleased about that.  Thinking that she was someone who was lying to him, had really bothered him.  

Dustin: Good. You are awake.

He walked towards her a bit more as he had more things to ask her, and wasn't going to let her leave until he got what he wanted from her, and who knows even after that, she still may not be leaving.

She stood there looking at him when he said that as she wasn't sure how to take his smile, as she didn't trust him any longer. The only thing that she was wanting to do was get far away from him.  Feeling like she would never do business with him, not after all of this.

Sydney looked at him not all that surprised he was asking.  She was smart enough to know the history between the two of them, even though she had been working for both of them pretty much.  She was mainly on his father's pay roll.  
||Sydney Sweet||- I'm not sure.  He moves around a lot and doesn't usually tell me where he goes.  We handle things with burner phones.

He may have trust issues, but it came with the line of work he was in.  He had learned long ago that people in general couldn't be trusted.  As much as he worked with and relied on Syd, he still never had full trust in him... or well her, seeing as he was actually a she.
"It comes from being in my line of work as long as I have been.  People prove that they aren't worth trusting time after time."
He said simply, Sydney just shook her head as she didn't believe that, as she had girls working for her that she trusted with her life.
"You just seem to work with the wrong people."
She said simply as she was moving away from him. He shrugged as he was thinking about it, not really wanting to argue this as he was wanting to know where his old man was... Seeing that he wasn't going to get the answers from her... He still had no intentions of letting her go. 
"Might as well get cozy, you won't be leaving any time soon."
He said simply as he turned walking out of the room, making sure the door was locked behind her.  He had a lot to think about, now that he had figured out her secret, and still wasn't any closer in finding his father.

Sydney watched him leave the room as she sighed not liking what he had said.  She was too weak to fight her way out, as she ended up just sitting on the bed after a moment.  She was both angry and hurt by all of this. She also felt she was the foolish one here, letting herself trust Dustin... He had betrayed her, thinking she was the enemy.
||Sydney||- Bastard.. 
She said weakly as she just ended up laying down again, curling up on the bed, as she was just feeling so tired and worn out.  It was much later when Dustin came back into the room.  He had intended on asking her more questions, but saw she had passed out again.  He walked over to where she was laying on the bed... Holding a needle once again, knowing it would make her tell the truth, no matter what.
{Dustin}- I'm sorry Syd... 
He did feel a bit guilty, but he injected her while she was passed out... She just groaned out a bit, a tear leaving her eyes and going down her cheek.. He moved his finger over it as he watched her.... She looked like she was in pain, and he knew it was his fault.

He watched her for awhile... Knowing that she may not wake up right away... He sat there for awhile, as he kept watch over her... seeing that she started to get sweaty with fever.  He did strip her as he put a cool cloth on her, cussing forgetting how ill this made her... 
"All you had to do was tell me where he was... This could of all been prevented."
He said still thinking she knew... She just weakly opened her eyes looking at him, as she had tears in them.
"I don't know where he is, Dustin."
She said honestly, and he knew she couldn't lie... He frowned thinking about it... He was sure if anyone would, would know it would be her.
"I believe you."
He finally said, letting it go, as she had no idea that he drugged her again, and he wasn't going to tell her.  He just kept her cool, running the clothes over her body.. Still hitting him that Syd was a woman... Oh yes, very much a woman as he was getting a good look at her body now.

She just groaned out a bit not feeling good at all.  She didn't even realize she was naked, not that she would of overly cared right now with how she was feeling.  Enjoying the cool damp cloth on her as he was trying to help get her fever down.

She said his name out in a bit of a groan, which made him groan a bit himself.  She did open her eyes as she looked at him. 
||Sydney Sweet||- Through everything, I have always worked hard on building trust... I don't like working for people who can't trust me. 
She said weakly as she was thinking about it... Trust was something that was important to her... Though she never asked questions that she didn't need to know, and never got to deep, but she did her job good.

She nodded a bit as she struggled to open her eyes to look at him, but wanted to look at him.

She said not being cocky, just honest.  She knew she was good at what she did.

He sighed a bit as he was sitting there thinking about everything.  He knew that he really messed things up here... He knew that once she was better that she would want to leave, and then he would probably never see her again... He didn't like the thought of that.
"I'm sorry, Syd. "
He said as he knew that he couldn't let her leave.  He needed to figure things out.  He put the clothes over her some more , right now just working on keeping her cool, while trying to figure out to fix the mess he made... 
"I can't let you go.  I can't lose you, you're too important to me."
It was true, she had done so much for him, for the business.  She had been her problem solver for so long.  He may not have fully trusted her, but he did rely on her and trust her more than anyone else he had ever hired.  Now he felt foolish for being blind, for not trusting, after hearing her words.  Knowing that she had always had trust in him... 
"I'll make things right, one way or another."
He knew he had a lot of thinking and planning to do.  He also knew that he needed to make sure the girls that she had working for her didn't get wind of this, and try to take her away.  He would have to deal with them as well... He wouldn't kill them, as he knew that would only make things worse, knowing she was bonded to them.  The way she was loyal to them made him really want to rethink his own choices... Did he have anyone he could trust like that, that he could count on... He then thought of two men... 
"I'll have them deal with them, they'll make sure nothing bad happens."
He pulled his phone out as he made a call, letting them know that he had an important job that they needed to handle and keep quiet on.  He filled them in on everything and told them to handle it... He then hung up the phone as he was looking at Sydney who was finally starting to look better, as he put the cloth down now just watching her.
"You really are very beautiful. "
He smiled as he looked at her watching her sleep, moving her hair from her face while she slept.  He couldn't believe she was the cold hearted Syd.  She didn't look like she was as heartless as some of the jobs that he had her do for him... He smiled feeling pretty proud as he was thinking about it.

The way she had done things for so long had worked out well.  She may not look like she could handle things but he knew the truth, and knew out of anyone he did trust her more than anyone he had ever worked with.  It may not have shown, but he only did what he felt was in his best interest, but now he was rethinking things, she was making him rethink everything he had done.  He knew he would have to deal with things, and he was sure that Jesse and Spike would deal with the women that were most important to Sydney, and not harm them.

He said as he was watching her face, he also knew her and knew that she would want to leave the first chance she got, which was something he needed to prevent.

He looked at her as he was thinking about it.  Giving her a bit of a smile after a moment as he was going to work on this and he knew he at least did have the time to do so.  He also knew that Spike and Jesse would keep the other two busy long enough for him to do what he needed to do.
"Well, you are in no shape to leave right now, or any time soon.  So let me take care of you, It's the least I can do for putting you in this spot.
He said as he was thinking about it, feeling it was something that he was needing to do.  
"I figure I have until your friends figure out something is up, so I don't plan on wasting any time."
He said with a smile as Sydney was looking at him, she did actually look a bit amused, which he was taking as a good sign.
"I promise I will do better, Syd.  I will make up for all this, and if you give me the chance I will change."
He said as he looked at her taking her hand as she didn't pull it away, but she did look at him like she was still conflicted about it, but he would do what was needed to be done.
"You know as well as I do that you have done very well working with me, and I have done well working with you. 
He did pay her well, and thanks to her work he was able to make some real good money, and they both have been very well off.  She did nod a bit as she was thinking about it, knowing that she couldn't really argue with that.  
"I know we can't go back to the way things were... I understand that I have fucked that up, but that doesn't mean we can't still work together, and even make things better.  I promise to not keep anything from you , and I will make sure that I discuss things, instead of jumping to conclusions. 
He promised as he knew he had to work on this , and he would only do this with her... She was thinking about it though, which was a good sign, and he felt like it could really do good this way.

She glarred when he said that, she saw him move closer to her as she kept her distance she then kicked him, and then hit an elbow to the back of his head when he was hunched over, she made sure he was knocked out, as she then took his gun from his pocket hitting him with the but of it before she then ran out, she made sure it was safe before running out ofo the building she saw a car there as she hot wired it and then sped off away from his place... 

She dumped the car a bit away and then got a ride from someone else, but only went so far before being dropped off.  She then got a taxi and was dropped off again, before she finally walked to a hotel, and then got herself a room.

Thanks to the trace Hope had all of the Sweets wear and his very capable employee who was able to crack the code, he was easily able to find where she went. He sent a couple of his guys to keep an eye on her from a distance until he got there.

He knocked on the door to her room as he leaned against the wall and had someone else call out Room Service. He grinned when she opened the door. He pushed past her into the room as his guys grabbed her and injected her with the drugs.
